Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment seeks a Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer at the 4+ year level to lead and advise on major bank regulatory projects from Sydney. The role offers work-from-home options and close collaboration with a small team of partners.

You will advise on retail banking, credit, BNPL, digital banking and payments, and engage with regulators on remediation. Mentorship and secondments are highlighted as part of the growth path.

Skills & experience

You will be a Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer at the 4+ year level.

Your new role

Will see you working with a team of three (3) partners who compete with the top-tier and have a steady workflow built on lasting client relationships.

Advise on all aspects of retail banking and credit, SME and business banking, BNPL, digital banking (including Baas and SaaS), payments, alliances and partnerships and regulator engagement and remediation. Your work will also extend to the private credit and funds sector.
