Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial planning administration or client services.
• Strong advice implementation experience.
• Experience using XPLAN.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• RG146 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the adviser with day-to-day client service and administration.
• Preparing client files, forms, reports and documentation.
• Assisting with SOAs and ROAs.
• Managing the implementation of financial advice.
• Preparing and following up investment, superannuation, retirement and insurance applications.
• Maintaining accurate client information in XPLAN.
• Liaising with product providers and insurers.
• Following up outstanding applications and implementation requirements.
• Assisting with research and preparation of recommendations.
• Preparing reports and client meeting documents.
• Providing a high level of professional and responsive client service.
