Job summary

CareerBank in Merimbula, NSW is seeking a friendly Financial Planning Assistant to join our growing financial planning team. This full-time role supports the adviser with day-to-day client service and administration and helps implement financial advice to deliver outstanding service.

You'll prepare client files, forms, reports and documentation, manage SOAs/ROAs, and liaise with product providers. If you have XPLAN experience and strong attention to detail, this is a great step in your financial

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial planning administration or client services.
• Strong advice implementation experience.
• Experience using XPLAN.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• RG146 is advantageous.

Responsibilities
