Job summary

Akaysha Energy in Sydney, Australia, seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning across the business. You will turn month-end into Executive and Board reporting and partner with Investments and Treasury to shape where we grow next.

You’ll redesign FP&A processes for a multi-country structure, leverage Excel and Power BI, and bring commercial judgment to decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A in a multi-country business environment.
• Strong ability to translate numbers into actionable insights for a Board.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools for complex modelling.

Responsibilities

You’ll join Accounting, inside Finance & Investments, right after the team closed one of the largest corporate debt facilities in Australian renewables, exactly the kind of deal that funds our next Waratah. Every number behind a decision like that starts with you.

What you’ll do

• Lead Group budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning across the business
• Turn month-end into Executive and Board reporting that shapes the next decision, and the future of the business
• Partner with Investments and Treasury on the calls that decide where we grow next
• Help rebuild how FP&A works day to day, so it keeps pace as we move into new markets
