Job summary

Akaysha Energy is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead group budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning across the business. You will turn month-end results into board-ready reporting and partner with Investments and Treasury on growth decisions.

You will reshape FP&A processes as the company expands into new markets, with strong skills in Excel and Power BI, and a commercial mindset to translate numbers into strategic actions. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain financial models for multi-country operations (≤140 chars).
• Strong competency in budgeting, forecasting, and delivering board-ready reports.
• Experience translating financial data into actionable business insights.

You’ll join Accounting, inside Finance & Investments, right after the team closed one of the largest corporate debt facilities in Australian renewals, exactly the kind of deal that funds our next Waratah. What You’ll Do

• Lead Group budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning across the business
• Turn month-end into Executive and Board reporting that shapes the next decision, and the future of the business
• Partner with Investments and Treasury on the calls that decide where we grow next
• Help rebuild how FP&A works day to day, so it keeps pace as we move into new markets
