Job summary

Aware Super in Sydney is seeking a Financial Planner to join our team and support 1.1 million members. You will base in our Sydney office, with a requirement to work from the office 3 days per week to meet member appointment requests.

You will cultivate enduring client relationships, provide high quality financial planning advice, and act in the best interest of clients while collaborating with the Financial Planning Network and Client Servicing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensing to provide personal financial advice under FASEA standards.
• Educational qualifications meeting FASEA standards.
• Demonstrated depth of knowledge in financial planning and compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate enduring client relationships, effectively attracting, servicing, and retaining clients.
• Engage in insightful conversations guiding clients toward secure retirement outcomes.
• Always act in the clients' best interest, advocating for their financial well-being.
• Serve as a key client-facing member of the Financial Planning Network with flexible on-site/off-site consultations.
• Diligently prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) ensuring compliance and advisory excellence.
• Collaborate with Client Servicing to elevate client care and outcomes.
