In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation, integrity, and optimisation of our data systems and workflows. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage data pipelines, monitor data quality, and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. With a strong customer service mindset, you will manage requests and issues from end to end, ensuring actions are completed efficiently while providing timely updates to stakeholders to manage expectations. Drawing on your experience, you will adapt to new scenarios and requests, seek guidance where required, and take appropriate action to achieve positive outcomes. You will also be curious and eager to learn, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality, and share knowledge that strengthens the capability of the wider team. Your key responsibilities will also include overseeing and maintaining business-as-usual process pipelines and workflows to ensure seamless operations, monitoring and troubleshooting data-related issues to maintain accuracy, consistency, completeness and timeliness, and performing manual adjustments and remediation activities to address data quality issues that support critical financial reporting.
