Job summary

Carroll Consulting Group is seeking a senior finance leader to partner with the MD and Board in a privately owned, fast-growing heavy equipment rental business. You will be based in Stones Corner, Brisbane, and drive the finance rhythm across reporting, forecasting, cash flow, and month-end.

You will bring strong experience in private-owner environments, commercial judgement, and a proactive mindset to improve systems and processes while engaging stakeholders with clear financial insight.
