Reo Recruitment is seeking a Financial Analyst in North West Sydney to broaden exposure within an ANZ subsidiary of a global organization. This role offers a pathway toward Senior FP&A and involves partnering with a progressive finance team.

The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified, with strong communication and stakeholder influence skills. ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/D365/Navision) and advanced Excel with Power BI are essential.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification preferred; non-qualified candidates will be considered.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, D365, Navision) is essential.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and Power BI experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, gross margin and profitability analysis with actionable insights and senior stakeholder partnership.
• Deliver management reports, dashboards, KPIs, OPEX analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investments, product portfolios, pricing, procurement, vendors and contract negotiations.
• Partner with the Finance Director to support annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Identify business risks and opportunities and act as a business partner to operational teams.
