Integrate Recruitment is assisting a Melbourne-based wealth management firm to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser. You will inherit an established portfolio and provide comprehensive financial planning across superannuation, investments and retirement planning.
With strong SMSF knowledge and the ability to manage international client relationships, you will engage with Australian and overseas pensions while benefiting from strong support from operations and administration.
Our client is an established, independent wealth management firm with offices in Melbourne and the UK, specialising in Australian financial advice and international wealth management.
With over 25 years in operation and their own Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL), the business has developed a strong reputation for supporting clients with complex financial needs, particularly those relocating between the UK and Australia.
An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Financial Adviser to join their close-knit Melbourne team, take ownership of an established client portfolio and play a key role in the firm's continued growth.
This is not your typical Financial Adviser position.
You will inherit an established portfolio, with the opportunity to grow over time.
The role offers a combination of traditional Australian financial planning and exposure to international advice, including clients with overseas pensions, investments and financial interests.
Importantly, there is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required. New client opportunities are generated through the firm's established marketing activities, referrals and existing relationships.
Working closely with the business owner and an experienced operations team, you will have the autonomy to manage your clients while benefiting from strong administrative and technical support.
We are looking for an experienced Financial Adviser who enjoys building genuine client relationships and is confident managing an established portfolio.
Ideally, you will bring:
Previous experience with international clients, expatriates or UK pensions would be advantageous, although international advice experience is not required. Specialist training will be provided.
Beyond the immediate role, this appointment forms part of the owner's longer-term succession planning.
For an Adviser looking beyond their next position, there is an opportunity to establish themselves within the business, take on greater responsibility and explore future succession arrangements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing quality financial advice, values long-term client relationships and wants to build a meaningful career within an established independent firm.
Based in Camberwell / Hawthorn East, this is a full-time position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, with flexibility to be discussed as you become established.
If you're an experienced Financial Adviser with strong SMSF expertise and are looking for an opportunity offering an established client portfolio, international exposure and genuine long-term career prospects, we'd love to hear from you.
