Esencia Wealth is seeking a Financial Adviser to service existing clients and support growth through new client acquisition. You will maintain client records and stay compliant while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Ideal candidates have prior advising experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must meet FASEA education requirements or exempt criteria.
• Completion of the Financial Adviser Exam is required.
• RG 146 compliant to provide retail financial product advice.
• Eligible to act as an authorised representative of an Australian Financial Services Licence.
• Accredited to advise on financial products and services.

Responsabilités

• Completion of the Financial Adviser Exam.

• Accredited to advise on financial products and services
• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser

Job Purpose:

Service Existing Clients:

The adviser will provide accurate and timely advice to their existing cli- clients.

The adviser will need to maintain and enhance their knowledge through formal and informal on-going personal and professional development.

The adviser will also need to maintain their administrative and Client records in accordance with business policies and compliance requirements.

Attract New Clients:

The Financial Adviser will endeavour to attract clients to the business in accordance with their agreed role in the businesses strategic and marketing plans.
