Job summary

Guardian Compliance Solutions – Ipswich, QLD, is seeking a Senior Financial Adviser to manage an existing portfolio within a growing wealth advisory firm. The role emphasizes a client-centric, down-to-earth culture and strong professional collaboration.

You will be supported by paraplanners and client service staff, with a focus on delivering tailored holistic financial planning and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Adviser with holistic financial planning experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to build and nurture client and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with XPLAN is desirable.

About the Role

• Manage an existing portfolio of clients, supported by organic internal leads.
• Provide exceptional service to engaged clients and concentrate on what a true Adviser role should be.
• Be supported by engaged and experienced Paraplanners, Clients Service Officers/Administrators.

About You

• At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Adviser with a strong understanding of holistic financial planning.
• Experience with XPLAN (desired).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• A motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with great people skills.
• Proven capability to establish and nurture strong connections with both clients and stakeholders.
