Job summary

Steadfast Group Limited is seeking a 2 Financial Accountant to turn financial data into clear insights, support stakeholders and enhance accounting processes. You will report to the Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager and manage reporting for a portfolio of investees.

You will collaborate with Operations, management and investee stakeholders to support month-end close, statutory reporting, tax requirements and acquisitions while driving improvements and ensuring accuracy in financial

Qualifications

• A relevant degree and CA or CPA qualification.
• At least three years of relevant post-graduation experience.
• High professional standards and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Experience within a Big Four or mid-tier chartered accounting firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, statutory reporting, tax requirements and acquisitions.
• Support accounting for a portfolio of investees and provide financial insights.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and tax journals.
• Contribute to half-year and year-end reporting and governance documentation.
• Lead process improvements, automation and efficiency in finance workflows.
