Job summary

CareChoice is seeking a CA/CPA-qualified Financial Accountant to join our hybrid team. You will be responsible for month-end and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory compliance and audit support, ensuring strong financial controls and accurate reporting.

You’ll contribute to process improvements, assist across finance functions and work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain governance and accuracy in financial statements.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting and compliance.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to drive process improvements and strengthen governance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journals, balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance and external audit requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen financial controls and accounting processes.
• Identify and resolve accounting, reconciliation and control issues.
• Provide back-up across finance functions including payroll, billing, accounts payable and receivables.
