Job summary

Torrens University Australia in Sydney is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our finance team. You will prepare month end journals and reconciliations across cash, intercompany, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and other financial statement line items, under guidance from the Senior Financial Accountant.

This role also involves supporting month end and quarterly tasks, including disclosure packages and analytics, and collaborating with Business Intelligence and other finance teams

• Preparing month end journals and reconciliations across various areas which may include cash, intercompany, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and other financial statement line items as required by the Senior Financial Accountant and assisting with other month end and quarterly tasks including the preparation of disclosure packages and analytics.
