Job summary
Loam Bio is seeking a Finance Transformation & Systems Manager to design, implement and continuously improve our finance systems and processes from Sydney onsite. The role focuses on transforming finance through technology, AI, and workflow redesign, while not owning routine accounting activities.

Qualifications
- Experience in finance transformation programs and financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the Finance transformation roadmap with CFO input.
- Identify and automate manual finance processes to improve efficiency.
- Redesign workflows for accuracy, scalability and control.
- Lead implementation of new finance processes and operating models.
- Create standardised procedures and process documentation.
- Establish measurable efficiency and quality improvements.
- Identify AI opportunities and governance for finance workflows.
- Oversee data architecture, integration and reporting infrastructure.
- Develop dashboards to improve management visibility.
- Support financial modelling for strategic decisions.
- Ensure internal controls align with transformed processes.
- Coordinate projects with vendors, stakeholders and Finance team.
