Job summary

Accenture PLC in the Americas seeks a Solution Advisory Senior Manager for Finance RP to shape pursuit strategies and generate opportunities. You will lead content development across offerings, industries, geographies, ecosystem partners, methodologies, and emerging topics, and create new narratives where gaps exist.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 6 years with an associate degree).
• 10+ years of creating and leading consulting content, sales enablement, or finance advisory.
• Experience supporting complex pursuits and engaging senior leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with finance transformations and CFO-centric initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with market, offering, and industry leaders across the Americas to shape pursuit strategies.
• Lead content development across offerings, industries, geographies, ecosystems, and methodologies.
• Support priority pursuits with tailored messaging and client-ready materials; maintain Americas content repository.
• Lead CFO engagement activities (CFO Labs, roundtables) to drive pipeline growth.
