Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior finance transformation specialist to lead high-impact CFO agenda programs across Strategy, Value Case, operating models and planning. You will guide process design, shared services initiatives and global delivery with direct engagement from C-level leaders.

Join a global team driving AI-enabled finance modernization across sectors in Australia, bringing strong stakeholder skills, strategic vision, and deep market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a top tier consulting firm providing Finance Transformation services for clients.
• Proven experience in delivering transformation projects to improve Finance functions, including Finance operating models (design to implementation, including Shared Services / Outsourcing), Finance organisation design, Finance process improvement and digitisation (OTC, RTR, PTP, FP&A)
• Proven history of working successfully with C-level leadership.
• Prior experience in developing and delivering Finance related solutions across industry sectors in Australia
• Ability to manage and solve complex business problems
• An undergraduate degree is a necessity with qualifications in Finance highly regarded
• Knowledge of the Australian Market
• Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advisory experience into key Finance digital technologies (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, Onestream etc.)
• Broad understanding of AI / Generative AI / Agentic and their potential impact on finance processes, with keen interest in emerging trends.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement finance transformation solutions.
