Ampcontrol is seeking a Finance Excellence, Automation & AI Lead to drive the transformation of our Finance function through process excellence, automation, AI adoption and digital capability uplift. This is a unique 12-month fixed-term opportunity to partner with Finance, Digital and business leaders to reshape how Finance operates across the organisation.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Experience leading finance transformation, process improvement, automation or digital finance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes and ability to redesign them with process mapping and CI.
• Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of automation, low-code and AI-enabled solutions, enterprise finance systems and analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, change management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Finance process excellence roadmap aligned with growth strategy and operating model.
• Review, redesign and standardise end-to-end finance processes to boost efficiency and governance.
• Build a prioritised portfolio of automation, workflow, reporting and reconciliation initiatives.
• Develop and implement the Finance AI roadmap with secure, governed use cases.
• Own the optimisation of D365 Finance & Operations and related data, reporting and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional change from concept to adoption, coaching and training.
• Partner with Finance, Digital, Risk and business leaders on priorities and benefits.
