Job summary

Lactalis Brisbane is seeking a Finance Systems and Reporting Analyst to join the office. You will deliver accurate financial reporting, lead SAP testing, and drive process improvements across Invoice to Pay and Order to Cash.

You will partner with IT and Shared Services to ensure timely issue resolution and value-driven outcomes. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to change management, with experience in FMCG or complex corporate

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar finance systems, reporting, accounting or business process role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Advanced SAP capability with finance modules, testing and configuration experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with data modelling, reconciliations and analysis.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (Invoice to Pay, Order to Cash).
• Experience in data extraction, validation and reconciliation.
• Experience in systems testing, process improvement, documentation and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely reporting across the Finance function.
• Lead SAP system testing for configuration and reporting changes.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies impacting financial reporting.
• Represent Finance in cross-functional projects and process changes.
• Coordinate testing and automation initiatives with IT and Shared Services.
• Support knowledge transfer, process documentation and user training.
• Drive continuous improvement across Finance processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with offshore Shared Services for issue resolution.
