Job summary

SLR Consulting is seeking a Finance Integration & Systems Manager to support the Group's acquisition integration programme and act as a Finance SME for Deltek Vantagepoint. You will work with regional Finance teams, Group FP&A and Business Systems to deliver consistent finance systems, data migration, reporting and post go-live support.

The role involves coordinating cross-entity finance activity, validating migration data, and driving standardised processes in line with the SLR Way.

Qualifications

Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP/accounting system.
Experience leading finance system implementations, integrations or migrations.
Strong understanding of core finance processes, controls, reporting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Act as Finance SME for Deltek Vantagepoint and core Group finance systems.
Coordinate finance activity for acquisition integrations across regions.
Document finance processes and support standardised ‘SLR Way’ approaches.
Prepare and validate migration data and templates (TB, AP, AR, WIP, revenue).
Reconcile data between source and destination systems and support testing and sign-off.
Provide post go-live hypercare, training and ongoing support for integrated entities.
