Job summary

Suncorp Bank is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support management, governance, and continuous improvement of finance systems underpinning key outcomes. You will maintain General Ledger interfaces, reference data, and reporting processes within the Finance Services team to ensure accurate financial data and support change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience working with finance systems and General Ledger interfaces.
• Strong accounting and reporting knowledge.
• Experience in Insurance Finance accounting.
• Ability to analyse complex data and manage priorities.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, and change delivery initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support General Ledger interface postings across insurance product and claims systems.
• Investigate data integrity issues to maintain reliable financial information.
• Develop business requirements, participate in testing activities, and support system releases.
• Maintain finance reference data and mapping tables to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Partner with technology teams to address production issues and improve system performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance finance systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.
