Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs, annotate statements, and ensure accuracy across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Experience in AI training or human-data evaluation is required, with strong English communication and independent work ability. Remote, worldwide collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
