Job summary

Infinity Group Australia is seeking an experienced Finance Strategist (Mortgage Broker) to join a high-volume, client-centric team. You will assess borrowing capacity, design lending strategies and structure complex loans across owner-occupied, investment and construction lending.

The role offers a strong client flow with dedicated broker support, no client self-generation, and uncapped earnings potential. Expect occasional weekend work and an emphasis on long-term wealth strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience within the Australian mortgage broking or lending industry.
• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, MFAA or FBAA membership, ASIC authorised credit representative status and lender accreditations.
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume mortgage broking environment with strong client service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Guide allocated clients through the finance journey from strategy to settlement and beyond.
• Complete borrowing capacity assessments and develop tailored lending strategies.
• Write lending strategies to support debt reduction, wealth creation and long-term financial goals.
• Structure owner-occupied, residential investment and construction loans.
• Manage applications and a high-volume pipeline, keeping clients informed.
• Maintain CRM records, compliant file notes and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with lenders, BDMs and internal teams to achieve strong client outcomes.
• Identify risks or delays early and take ownership of resolution.
• Connect clients with Infinity’s broader services.
• Occasional weekend work is required (minimum once per month).
