Brisbane Catholic Education is seeking a skilled and organized School Officer (Finance) to provide high-quality financial and administrative support to St Peter Claver College, Riverview. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations and robust reporting.

The role requires experience in accounts payable/receivable, month-end processes and BAS reporting, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance or related field is required.
• Experience overseeing systems and resources is essential.
• Experience with procurement and budget administration is required.
• Ability to develop and implement effective financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and financial reporting processes.
• Support end-of-month, end-of-year and BAS reporting.
• Process College fees and levies.Respond to finance queries from staff, families and external stakeholders.
• Maintain asset registers and project financial records.
• Support the Business Manager with the College’s financial operations.
