Job summary

Moody Kiddell & Partners is seeking a motivated individual to join the Brisbane Sales Support team, focusing on general administration and customer service. This fast-paced role requires strong time management to support sales staff and ensure smooth settlements with financiers.

You will handle enquiries, input data, and build relationships with stakeholders, while learning our finance products and document processing. Hybrid work with initial training in office is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Take care of general customer enquiries such as direct debit changes, and requesting payout letters.
• Assist our settlements team to administer the processing and collating of documents for submission to financiers.
• Input client and transaction details into various online systems.
• Develop a good rapport with all stakeholders.
• Learn our products and facilities, to be able to understand document processing and assisting with settlements.
