Talk To A Broker is seeking ambitious salespeople for entry-level finance sales as business finance brokers in Sydney. With warm leads and uncapped commissions, you can turn proven sales ability into a high-income career, with many brokers earning $120K+ within 12–18 months.

No finance experience required; we provide finance training, mentorship and access to 70+ lenders, plus fast-tracked accreditation and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience; 3+ years is highly regarded.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong closing skills and ability to convert opportunities into customers.
• Excellent telephone communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Persistence and discipline to follow up consistently.
• Willingness to learn and maximise earnings.

Responsibilities

• Manage warm enquiries and convert them into finance applications.
• Build relationships and present suitable finance solutions.
• Maintain daily call cycle and follow up pipelines.
• Achieve monthly sales activity, conversion and settlement targets.
• Develop relationships with clients, suppliers and referral partners.
• Collaborate with brokers and credit team to achieve outcomes.
