Job summary

Chevron Australia Downstream seeks a Business Performance and Finance Analyst to provide timely counsel to business partners and resolve issues for decision support. Based in Brisbane head office, you will report to the Business Performance and Finance Manager and contribute to accounting services and processes.

Responsibilities include supporting AP/AR, fixed assets, payroll, tax lodgments, and SOX compliance, with a focus on dashboards and better decision making.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in accounting, commerce, or business.
• CPA/CA qualification is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel, dashboards and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support finance activities including accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cash, inventory, payroll and indirect tax lodgments.
• Collaborate with Finance Shared Services and other teams to coordinate accounting processes.
• Drive financial analyses and insights to support decision making.
