Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Accountant (Asset Management) to ensure capital accounting integrity and lead the transition of asset data to SAP S/4HANA. You will drive UAT, data migration, and governance for OneStream reporting while coordinating with offshore teams in Bangalore.

You'll own financial models, manage cross-functional projects, and mentor onshore staff during go-live, with a focus on process standardisation and timely close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Shared Services or Global Business Services.
• Experience with offshore or outsourced delivery models is desirable.
• Strong ability to partner with business units and drive questions proactively.

Responsibilities

• Own and run financial models underpinning transactions from project cashflow to investment analysis.
• Manage transactions and stakeholders through progress to completion.
• Interface with Development team to upskill on bankability and investability.
