Metro South Health is seeking an Asset Officer to join the Capital and Asset Management team. This role supports asset services, ensuring asset information is current and compliant with accounting requirements.

You will work with SAP S/4HANA and related financial systems, emphasizing data integrity, workload management, and strong client relationships to deliver high-quality asset management outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of integrated financial management systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and related applications.
• Strong data entry and data integrity skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
• Understanding of asset management policies, procedures and requirements.
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Asset Services across Metro South Health.
• Ensure asset information is accurate, current, and managed per accounting requirements, policies and procedures.
• Assist with asset accounting and financial administration tasks.
• Provide frontline support to asset management activities and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
