Qualifications

• Experience preparing IFRS/AASB compliant financial statements.
• Ability to prepare annual and half-year reports for ASX entities.
• Experience managing audits with external auditors.
• Strong month-end accounts and P&L analysis skills.
• Budgeting and cash flow reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting compliance for ASX listed entities.
• Prepare IFRS/AASB compliant financial statements and year/half-year reports.
• Coordinate audit process with external auditors to meet ASX/ASIC deadlines.
• Prepare client month-end accounts with reconciliations, P&L analysis, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare finance reports for client Board meetings.
• Manage client tax functions, payroll tax, FBT, BAS/GST.
• Prepare and update budgets, review accounts payable, and creditor processes.
• Assist with payments, banking requirements, and term deposits.
• Collaborate with accountants and client teams on technical accounting issues.
