Clique Creative is a South Australian family-owned agency delivering premium photography, videography, and marketing solutions. We are expanding and seeking a Finance & People Coordinator to blend bookkeeping in Xero with core HR processes.

You'll support invoicing, reconciliations, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, partnering with our General Manager and Operations Manager. This is a part-time role across 3-4 days, with payroll on Tuesdays.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience with Xero for invoices, reconciliations, and AP/AR.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
