Job summary

Hunter Manning is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for their Western Australia operation. This standalone, business-facing role will work hands-on with Operations, Sales and Contractors, not just month-end reporting, and you will be the finance go-to across the site.

You will lead end-to-end management accounting, including project and labour recovery, balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting, and you will challenge and support operational decision-making with senior

Qualifications

CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, contracting or project-based environments.
Confident operating standalone and building relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
Experience with SAP, Pronto or D365 an advantage.
Comfortable challenging and supporting senior operational leaders.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance contact for the WA site, partnering with the GM, Operations, Sales and Contractors.
Full end-to-end management accounting, including project and labour recovery accounting.
Balance sheet reconciliations, month-end reporting and process improvement.
Confidently challenge and support operational decision-making with senior stakeholders.
Genuine day-to-day autonomy in the role.
