Job summary

GO.FARM is seeking a Management Accountant to connect financial performance with on-farm decision-making and to help evolve reporting capabilities. You will work with Farm Managers and operations, turning data into insights that influence investment performance and value creation.

The role emphasises building Power BI dashboards, financial planning, and collaboration across Finance, Technology and operations to improve data quality and automation.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or CPA, or working towards the designation.
• 3+ years of experience in management accounting or similar commercial finance roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Analyse financial and operational performance against budget and forecast.
• Partner with Farm Managers to review results and drive monthly discussions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities from data.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury activities.
• Contribute to internal controls, governance and tax compliance.
• Support year-end processes and audit coordination.
