Hilton Foods invites you to join our Finance & Operations Internship at the Truganina site in Melbourne. You’ll work across Finance, Operations and Engineering on real projects that influence how our business operates, with hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement and reporting.

You’ll collaborate with Finance and Operations teams, gain exposure to asset verification, internal audits and inventory management, and develop practical skills that transfer to your degree and future

Qualifications

Curious and keen to learn.
Confident working with data and Excel.
Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Interested in how businesses operate.
A good communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions.
Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
Studying Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Supply Chain or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Asset Verification Project - reviewing asset register, tagging assets, capturing information and standardising processes across sites.
Inventory & Internal Audit Project - reviewing maintenance spares and inventory, identifying gaps and improving processes to reduce risk and waste.
Data & Reporting - using Excel to analyse information, track progress and build clear reports.
Process Improvement - documenting effective practices and rolling out across Hilton Foods.
