Hilton Foods APAC seeks a Finance Manager to lead the site finance function at Truganina, VIC. You will drive budgeting, costing, pricing, and capital expenditure while partnering with operations and commercial teams to deliver value.

You will provide insightful financial analysis, build strong controls, and influence stakeholders to support strategic decisions across the manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing or complex environment
• CA or CPA qualification required
• Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or related discipline
• Strong analytical, modelling and commercial accounting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the site finance function and a team of finance professionals
• Provide commercial insight across profitability, costs, pricing and performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, standard costing and capital expenditure processes
• Partner with the business on cost savings, business cases and improvement initiatives
• Oversee customer pricing, product costing and the buy/sell process
• Ensure strong financial controls, reporting accuracy and balance sheet management
• Build trusted relationships across operations, commercial, customers and the wider finance team
• Turn numbers into meaningful business decisions for site leadership

For the love of food, we're seeking a passionate Finance leader who thrives on creating meaningful change and rewarding challenges.

Opportunities at our Truganina site don't come around often and this is one of them.

We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the financial and commercial performance of our manufacturing operation.

This is more than reporting and month-end. You'll work closely with our operational and commercial teams, providing the insight, challenge and analysis that helps drive better business decisions.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the site finance function and a team of finance professionals
• Provide commercial insight across profitability, costs, pricing and performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, standard costing and capital expenditure processes
• Partner with the business on cost savings, business cases and improvement initiatives

What you'll bring

You'll be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys being close to the operation and making a tangible impact.

You’ll ideally have:

• 5+ years' finance experience, preferably within a complex or manufacturing environment
• CA or CPA qualification
• Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline
• Strong commercial accounting, modelling and analytical capability
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, costing and profitability analysis
• Experience working with large ERP systems and advanced Excel/modelling skills
• The confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels and challenge the status quo
