Job summary

Hilton Foods is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the site finance function at our Truganina manufacturing operation. You will partner with operations and commercial teams to provide insight, challenge and analysis that drive better business decisions.

This role goes beyond reporting and month-end, with budgeting, forecasting, costing, capital expenditure, pricing and profitability analysis. You’ll influence stakeholders and build strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience, preferably within a complex or manufacturing environment
• CA or CPA qualification
• Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or related discipline
• Strong commercial accounting, modelling and analytical capability
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, costing and profitability analysis
• Experience working with large ERP systems and advanced Excel/modelling skills
• The confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels and challenge the status quo

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the financial and commercial performance of our manufacturing operation.

This is more than reporting and month-end. You’ll work closely with our operational and commercial teams, providing the insight, challenge and analysis that helps drive better business decisions.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the site finance function and a team of finance professionals
