• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across Finance, Operations, Technology, and BPO leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of Customer Refunds and Accounts Receivable Teams.
• Identify and lead process, system, and automation opportunities.
• Work closely with offshore BPO team in Manila to ensure operational performance.
