Job summary

Harvest Road Group, based in Perth's CBD, invites a Finance Analyst to join the Finance team as a key partner to the Beef Processing business. The role turns financial and operational data into actionable insights to drive cost performance and margin improvement across the facility.

You will work with the Leadership team and senior executives, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and capital initiatives, while supporting NPD and performance reviews with rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business/Accounting is required.
• Professional accreditation (CPA/CA/CIMA) is required.
• Experience as a business partner in a commercial setting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Harvey Processing Leadership to monitor cost performance and forecasting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Provide finance support for NPD and capital initiatives.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews and identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive financial process improvements and deliver business insights.
