Job summary

Programmed are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Officer to join a well-established business based in Strathmerton. This is a casual position offering full-time hours, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Working within a busy finance team, you will handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and general finance administration while utilising SAP Business One, Xero, and other accounting platforms.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in finance, bookkeeping, payroll, or a similar role.
• Experience using SAP, Xero, and/or other accounting or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing.
• Payroll processing and administration.
• Banking and bookkeeping functions.
• Account reconciliations and financial record maintenance.
• Working across SAP Business One, Xero, and legacy systems.
• General finance support duties.
• Administration and business support activities.
• Assisting with month-end finance processes as required.
