Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking a Finance Officer to support multiple finance streams with accurate, timely processing across AP, AR and general ledger activities. You will work within a collaborative team and apply strong attention to detail to meet statutory and organisational requirements.

You’ll manage end-to-end transactional processing, bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and monthly reporting, while leveraging Microsoft Office and structured systems to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance or transactional processing.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail with analytical capability.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with reconciliations and end-to-end processing.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end AP and AR processing.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Process journals and support compliance and reporting.
• Respond to finance inquiries and collaborate with the team.
