Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems and billing platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in line with contracts and service records.
• Manage accounts receivable, allocate payments, follow up overdue balances, and maintain ageing reports.
• Review billing and settlement data, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Monitor billing, settlement, and payment records across systems, addressing data issues.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to obtain supporting documents and resolve queries.
• Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and improvements to billing processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to support our growing logistics operations across Australia and New Zealand.

This role focuses on accounts receivable, billing review, reconciliation, and system follow-up. You will work closely with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and reliable financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in line with agreed rates, contracts, and service records.
• Manage accounts receivable, allocate payments, follow up overdue balances, and maintain ageing reports.
• Review billing and settlement data, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies, disputes, and invoice adjustments.
• Monitor billing, settlement, and payment records across business and finance systems, following up on data discrepancies and processing issues.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to obtain supporting documents and resolve billing and payment queries.
• Support month-end closing, financial reporting, audit preparation, and improvements to billing and collection processes.

About You

• A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
• Experience using accounting software, ERP systems, or billing platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with customers and colleagues across different teams.
• Logistics, transport, or supply chain experience would be an advantage.
• Mandarin language skills would be an advantage when liaising with headquarters.
