Job summary

Built is seeking a Finance Manager to join Built Living’s growing finance team in Sydney. You’ll work across feasibility, investment assessment, funding execution and financial management for our platform, development pipeline and construction operations.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll partner with Development, Construction, Investment and Finance teams to ensure projects are funded, risks identified early and performance measured against plans.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and financial judgement and the ability to drive decision‑making.
• Experience in project finance, funding, and complex financial modelling.
• Ability to partner with development, construction, and investment teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt drawdowns, equity calls and liquidity forecasts across platforms.
• Monitor debt facilities, interest costs, covenants and facility limits.
• Coordinate lender reporting and supporting drawdown documentation.
• Partner with lenders, valuers, legal advisers and external stakeholders.
• Support refinancing and amendment of project funding arrangements.
• Develop and maintain development, construction and platform financial models.
• Assess opportunities with cash flow, funding needs and returns.
• Undertake scenario analysis across revenue, costs, timing and financing.
• Prepare management reporting including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
