Using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and BI tools, you will transform data into insights that drive profitability and long‑term growth, while guiding strategic planning and risk management.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with accounting credentials.
• Significant experience in financial management and reporting.
• Strong controls, governance and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with management reporting and BI tooling.
• Advanced analytical and modelling capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the finance function.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, compliance and reporting frameworks.
• Deliver timely financial, management and operational reporting.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management processes.
• Lead monthly management reporting and performance analysis.
• Establish KPI dashboards and business performance reporting across all departments.
• Analyse profitability by customer, project, department and product line.
• Develop commercial models and business cases to support strategic decision‑making.
• Partner with operational managers to improve financial accountability and performance.
• Drive optimisation and utilisation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and reporting systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes and reporting.
• Support strategic planning, risk management and future growth initiatives.
