KMB Resources, a long-established manufacturing business in Western Sydney, seeks a Financial Manager with cost analysis and strong financial accounting skills. You will drive production cost insights, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with executives to improve controls and reporting.

The role focuses on cost drivers, profitability, and ERP-enabled financial processes, with collaboration across production and operations teams to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related discipline.
• CPA/CA qualification is highly regarded.
• Strong financial accounting across GL, AP/AR and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management.
• Conduct cost analysis across production, labour, materials and overheads.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Support pricing models, margin analysis and profitability initiatives.
• Improve financial systems, processes and reporting frameworks.
