Job summary

EP Risk Management Pty Ltd is seeking a Finance and Office Manager to oversee accounting functions, payroll, reconciliations and reporting across the business. You will support CFO/CEO with projects, maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with Australian regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, strong communication, and CPA preferred. Office-based in North Sydney NSW with flexible scheduling in a social, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience
• CPA qualification preferred
• Australian work eligibility (visa)
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Experience with financial reporting, payroll, and BAS/IAS

Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeper to ensure accurate accounts payable processing
• Oversee invoicing and collections from customers
• Oversee payroll processing and related payments
• Prepare and balance monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Lodge IAS, BAS, and FBT reporting
• Prepare monthly P&L and balance sheet reports
• Maintain BMS compliance for finance and office admin
• Provide project profitability and WIP reports; track timesheets and fixed assets
