Job summary

Stockland is expanding its Funds Management and Capital Partnering platform, seeking a Finance Manager to partner with the business, mature finance capability and support future growth. You’ll oversee financial management for a portfolio of capital partnerships and property funds across asset classes.

The role demands strong funds finance experience, CA/CPA qualifications, and the ability to lead governance, reporting and offshore delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a property funds, capital partnering or funds management environment.
Background in a major property group or funds platform with real estate focus preferred.
CA or CPA qualified with strong accounting and financial reporting foundations.
Experience providing final review/approval and managing offshore or outsourced delivery models.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and investment teams.

Responsibilities

Own financial reporting, forecasting and performance insights for funds and capital partnerships.
Provide final approvals and technical oversight while leveraging delivery support from our TCS team.
Act as a senior finance business partner to Funds Management, supporting investment, capital, and operational decisions.
Support onboarding and operationalisation of new capital partnerships.
Lead audit processes, compliance requirements and stakeholder engagement.
Drive continuous improvement across processes as the platform matures and scales.
Build strong relationships across Finance, Funds Management, Tax, Treasury and external partners.
