Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Finance Manager FP&A to lead workforce planning and drive data-driven insights across business units. You will partner with Finance and P&C, oversee headcount budgeting and scenario modelling, and guide reporting cycles with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

You will mentor Senior Analysts, advance analytics capabilities, and champion AI-enabled tools to enhance planning efficiency and decision making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance, FP&A, or Workforce Planning.
• Experience with headcount, labour cost, contractor and vacancy planning.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, analysis and data reconciliation.
• Experience supporting budget, forecast and month-end reporting in a complex organisation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and commentary.

Responsibilities

• Direct everyday workforce planning operations across Business Units and Corporate Functions.
• Maintain headcount, labour costs, contractor engagement and vacancy plans with accuracy.
• Coordinate annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting cycles.
• Perform variance analysis on headcount and labour costs, including hiring activity and attrition.
• Collaborate with Finance and P&C to reconcile planning data with source systems and budgets.
• Ensure workforce planning reporting, dashboarding, and self-service analytics meet needs.
• Develop, test and implement standardised workforce planning templates and data definitions.
• Identify data quality issues and propose improvements to the Director.
• Assist with workforce scenario modelling and impact assessments.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Workforce Planning Senior Analysts.
