Richard Lloyd Recruitment – Sutherland Shire NSW is recruiting a Finance Manager to lead the finance functions across two Sydney-based businesses. This is a hands-on role that will establish best-practice month-end accounting and reporting processes while guiding two small teams in AP/AR and payroll.

Qualifications

• Hilm hands-on accounting approach with attention to detail and process discipline.
• Experience in SME environments with turnover up to $100m is preferred.
• Exposure to project-based or WIP environments (construction/engineering) is valued.

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and divisional reports.
• Manage two small teams across AP, AR and payroll.
• Collaborate with General Managers to drive growth.
• Produce month-end accounts and reporting for Head Office.
• Prepare monthly WIP reporting by project.
• Lead initial budgeting and forecasting ahead of final Group Office review.
