Job summary

Airlock Digital is seeking a Finance Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract based in Melbourne, with hybrid work options across Australia. You will lead month-end close, oversee AP/AR, payroll, and assist ERP implementations while delivering reliable financial information to support rapid growth.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will coordinate cross-entity reporting, improve finance processes, and manage a small finance team to ensure timely accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering month-end closes in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience with revenue recognition, intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with stakeholder management ability.
• Experience supervising finance staff and coordinating close processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger and month-end close for AU/US entities, target close by business day 5.
• Prepare and review journals; ensure accruals and accurate accounting treatment.
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, expenses and ERP-related process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and group reporting activities.
• Assist ERP implementation and maintain finance controls and data integrity.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to Senior AR/AP Officers.
